Hello! My name is Maddie Smith. I’m an Art History major and Spanish minor at Carleton College. I’ve worked as a registrar and installations intern at The Dennos Museum Center in Traverse City, MI, and am currently working as a 3D artist, developing an educational VR viking longship experience designed for use in a museum setting with the Virtual Viking Longship Project. I also have two years (going on three) of paper conservation/preservation experience from my time working in the Gould Library as a preservation assistant. I am an enthusiastic and engaged student and employee who is interested in a career in Art History.
